His Italian restaurant in Fukushima where he used only organic vegetable was destroyed by March 11 earthquake..
With lots of people's cooperation and kindness, he could start his Italian restaurant in Ningyocho.
The name: Festina Lente means "Keep cool (don't rush) and steady".
Using selected fresh fishery, meat and vegetables, and his Italian and Japanese cooking techniques, you can enjoy his tasty and healthy dishes!!!
