Opens in March 2012.
Mr. Matsuoka (the owner and the chef) learned western, Japanese and French food in Japan.
Then he and his wife had run a very popular sushi restaurant in Vancouver, Canada for 12 years.
In order to take care of their parents, they decided to go back to Japan in 2010.
It takes 2 years for him to find the place to challenge a new restaurant in Tokyo.
Very cozy atmosphire and a very friendly chef and his wife.
