The Nihonbashi Hisamatsu Restaurant Cooperative is an organization founded in 1948 with the aim of promoting mutual friendship and welfare among people who have opened restaurants mainly in the eastern part of Nihonbashi. As of March 2012, It is organized by about 120 member stores.
Our union plays a role of communicating instructions from related government offices and connecting with related organizations, and complies with safety standards based on the Food Sanitation Law, and stabilizes the management of union members and further develops the Nihonbashi area.
